Luke found yoga during a turbulent divorce, and it changed his life. For the first time ever he felt strong, peaceful, and able to take on life’s challenges. He endeavors to create classes to help his students experience their own transformation.

Sheri found her passion for yoga after a shoulder injury led her to seek alternative exercise methods. Within three weeks, she experienced significantly less stiffness and notable improvements in balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. The relaxation, focused breathing, and tranquility also appealed to her, fueling her desire to deepen her knowledge and share these benefits with her students.
